		<description>Thanks for getting this information out there.  I just wanted to let you know that this amendment would also undue protections for gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals because sexual orientation is not a protected class in the Florida Civil Rights statutes. 

This amendment would effectively legalize discrimination based on sexual orientation (a protected class for over a decade in Gainesville) and gender identity in Gainesville.</description>
