  1. OK, it looks like the Mayor has a problem with at least our readership. But, like our local, low turnout elections, this is too small a sample to mean anything. Except that the low turnout election actually elects people. (sigh)

  2. How can people put there vote in when people do not know about the poll. I talked to a lot of people and they did not kown of this poll. If you easy for people to find, they will vote.
Also what about Donald Shepherd? After talking to him; he is the real deal. He will clean up the city commission and make Gainesville a city for the people; improving very one lives. I like to heard more about him and what people think. Do they have the same opinion?

    • It would be nice if I could just make everyone in Gainesville aware of this site. I post it on my Facebook feed and I have over 900 friends, many of whom live in Gainesville. I need people to share this.

I do my part by putting this up, at my expense. The rest is up to others, just like candidates depend on others to help them get the word out.

This site is available for ANY candidate who cares to contact me to get a username and password, and then he or she can blog their brains out and be the headliner every day. I used to chase candidates down and beg them to blog, but no more. Only a couple have bothered to write here since 2004.

If you have Mr. Sheperd’s ear, tell him about it and encourage him to post a comment here. I’ll take it from there.
